Day 15 | Caffeine Free?

Hey guys! Welcome back to my daily blog!

Things may be changing soon. I’m not sure the ‘daily’ blog is for me. I have a lot of other things to do during the day and I am struggling to find time to do everything. I’ll keep you updated on that.

ANYWAY!

Today is day 15 of my crazy life changing 100 days. Maybe?
Last week I cut out coffee from my eating plans. I was getting my supply of caffeine from the occasional V (Energy drink) Or tea. So, this was going really smooth and I felt amazing!

So, naturally, I decided to take it up a notch. NO caffeine.

WHAT? NO CAFFEINE? Are you kidding? No. I’m not.

I have taken caffeine out of my daily intake. In all honesty. It’s 11am and I am crying for caffeine. I work in a cafe. So – unlimited supply of coffee, basically. This is definitely one of the hardest things I’ve done.

I started a Smoothie Cleanse today. I know, I know. It’s bad for me and all that stuff. This is me, trying to find whats best for me.

I don’t feel hungry. I have been drinking water. I have almonds and carrots for snacks. I have broccoli soup with carrots and sweet potato for dinner. I am making sure I get the nutrients I need to handle day to day life. So, don’t sweat it. I will keep everyone updated on the progression of declination of my health. Don’t worry, if I notice a change for the negative. I will stop and repack my body the way I normally do.

ANYWAY. I do have some weight-loss goals. I mean, who doesn’t. However, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, maybe 5kg max? I have suffered with body dysmorphic disorder for a really long time. The past 6 months or so just gone I developed an annoying binge eating habit as well. These two delightful pieces of my mind have been playing cat and mouse. If i am honest. I am beyond it. I want it to stop.

This is a lot of rambling, long story short – One of my goals on this 100 day journey is to feel good in my own skin.

Just one way I am recreating myself.
